What You’ll Do
- Serve as the designated PIC under the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy, responsible for compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, verification, and workflow
- Supervise, train, and schedule pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain controlled substance records, perform biennial inventories, and ensure DEA compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, and wholesaler relationships to control costs and reduce waste
- Provide patient counseling, immunizations, MTM, and other clinical services
- Handle third-party insurance issues, prior authorizations, and audits
- Build relationships with local prescribers, facilities, and the community
- Help develop new services and drive prescription growth
What We’re Looking For
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license in good standing
- Immunization certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
- [2+] years of retail pharmacy experience; PIC or management experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations and DEA requirements
- Experience with pharmacy software PrimeRx is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual ([Spanish / Arabic / other]) a plus

Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
